چکیده

Background: The present study aimed to investigate the relationship of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with severity and extent coronary stenotic lesions calculated by Gensini score. In addition, ability Fibrosis-4 (FIB4) score differentiate artery calcification (CAC) its is assessed. Methods: current retrospective was performed on a total 342 patients examined between January December 2016 in an affiliated hospital Jiaxing University, Zhejiang, China. used ultrasonography for assessment NAFLD. Furthermore, FIB4 scores were predict hepatic fibrosis risk lesions. Results: revealed that serum levels triglycerides, fasting glucose, alanine aminotransferase, uric acid significantly higher NAFLD than participants without (P < 0.001, P = 0.032, 0.002). Moreover, cases had percentage diabetes mellitus hypertension 0.001 0.001) those It noted level high-density lipoprotein lower 0.006). we observed 0.033). found 27.3%, 25.8%, 45.7%, 56.3% control, single, double, multi lesion groups, respectively, difference statistically significant 0.008). number diseased vessels severe control group 0.001). also evident affected increased 0.010 stages predicted scores. moderate 0.013 0.019). We conducted univariate logistic regression analyses examine CAC scores, it not 0.191). Conclusions: showed positive eastern Chinese population. degree score, Therefore, assessing using may be useful differentiating at CAC. However, further prospective studies are required establish link
